Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service to address any maintenance concerns or inquiries - Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting - Conduct facilities maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in maintenance or a related field - Some knowledge of electrical systems and equipment - Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and customer service skills Note:
